Medicine coverage.

Everything cost a fortune these days – a phrase that I’ve been hearing a lot these days and have said it myself too. From clothes, to food, to housing and even medication. Despite having to pay for a life and health insurance policy every month, my policy does not cover medication.

Now, since I am getting sick pretty often these days, with cold and fever mostly and now allergy,  Medicare part D plans did come into mind. It’s a prescription drug coverage insurance.It would be good to have something like this so that for those who relies on medication wouldn’t have to spend a fortune on it.

100% easy and safe way to lose weight?

Someone I know just confessed that she is taking dietary supplement to lose weight. Out of desperation. She wants to lose weight badly. You see, she said it’s too hard to control her eating, and does not want to exercise the weight off. So her solution is to consume something to help eliminate the unwanted fat.

Even though I have never taken any diet pills to lose weight but I believe some may really work for some people. However, I still believe that  those people who take weighloss products and lost weight did not rely on the pills 100%. They still would have to watch the amount of food they consume and exercise. You can take hoodia, alli or apidexin all you want but there isn’t a 100% easy way to lose weight. If there is, I sure would want to try it out too. :D

So to that friend, I sure hope that she will do more than just swallow the diet pills everyday, and not to be dissappointed and lose some weight.

There are many weight loss review sites on the internet. But for me, the more review sites there are the more various insights I can gain from them. There are hundreds of products to choose from and without sites like these, it would be such a long, hard, and draining process when it comes to choosing safe, working weightloss product.

This time, lets check out what fastweightloss.net has got to offer. Well, for one thing just like other review sites, it offers reviews on weight loss products base on 6 main criteria – speed of workability, ingredients quality, safety, the effectiveness, overall value and customer feedback. Other than the reviews there are also articles on how to lose weight fast, and a section for weight loss product news.

Dream of a flawless skin.

PhotobucketI have been taking vitamin supplements religiously especially zinc for the past 3-4 months. (I did take them earlier but stopped for a while) All in the hope to clear my skin up a little bit. I could only find zinc supplement that are combined with magnesium and calcium. After reading that calcium may interfere with zinc absorbtion, I ordered zinc supplements directly online (yeah, I shop everything online from books to cool Nascar jackets).

I suffered from severe dry skin for years. Until I realized that I may be lacking in zinc. That’s when I started taking zinc supplements. As they say, healing doesn’t happen overnight. But so far, after taking them for 3-4 months now, I can see that the driness are still there, but not as severe. Before, there would be dry patches of skin all over, but nowadays only a few areas on my face and neck are still hard to keep moisturized.

Well, once I’ve tried pills with higher zinc content, I will see how it does to my skin.

Supplement for my soul.

There are times for me, regardless of how I try to keep myself being positive, darkness would always loom over my life. Depression. Just like there are hoodia or glucomannan for weightloss, there are also pills for depression. But if you want to go all natural like exercising would do to lose weight, daily affirmation may help for mild depression.

I am in the process of making my own mind movie, something like the one above, but a little closer to home if it is customized to my own motivational needs. It’s like having a prescribed medicine that would work better for you. There are certain music that would get me ‘fired up’ with motivation, perhaps attaching them to specific images would keep me even more motivated to reach my goals.

It doesn’t cost much except some minutes or hours of my time. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, fine. At least I would have had fun making the mindmovie.

Skin problems relating to zinc deficiency.

I had suffered dry skin and rashes problem for years. And ever since I moved to a colder country, the dry problem worsened in the cold months while horrible rashes would develop easier in the warmer months. I never had dandruff before when suddenly I started to have dandruff problems as well.

I’ve tried so many types of creams but nothing really helped, I really thought I had eczema. One day I came upon an article regarding zinc deficiency. Below is a list of symptoms one may have if they he/she is zinc deficient:

How to take your supplements.

Many of us thought that once you pop into your mouth your vitamin supplements everyday, you are good to go. Little did we know that some vitamins when taken not the way it they should be taken would give little or no effect at all.

So what are the best ways to take certain vitamins? Here is a short list:

Vitamins A, D, E – Should be taken with meals which include a little oil or Fat

Vitamin B-Complex – This should be taken first thing in the morning to give maximum energy, but can of course be taken anytime especially if taken with whole grains.

Vitamin C – Taken with meal if possible, can be taken on an empty stomach if you don’t feel like eaten because of a cold. Take two or three times a day.

Time-Release – Take with your main meal of the day.

Iron – Best absorbed with food.

Calcium – About 30 minutes before bedtime.

Magnesium – About 30 minutes before bedtime.

Multiformulas – These can be taken anytime but best with small amounts of food.
