Fat burning matters, calorie intake matters too.
I know an 11 year old boy who weighs about 123 lbs. And that’s 9-11 lbs heavier than I. That is quite a lot considering that I am a lot taller than he and I’m nearly 19 years older than he. Currently, the parents are putting him into an exercise regime. 2-3 hours a session, 2-3 times a week. Any changes? Maybe too little to see. I could have sworn that he only seems bigger.
Well, the point is, no matter how one exercises, but if one eats the same food that one eats that made him or her fat – cola, fried fatty food, etc – without any restrictions what so ever, I don’t think losing weight would be possible. It’s not only about how much fat you can burn, but how much of calorie you put into your system counts too.
I suppose this is just common sense that many people would know of, but unfortunately there are people who never thought of it that way. I do pity the kid.
